Housing Contact is a specialist division of Voicescape Limited.

Voicescape has been developing voice technology solutions for more than ten years helping clients as diverse as Eddie Stobart and the Barbican Theatre.

In 2012 after being contacted by a number of housing associations to provide support for arrears collection, we took a decision to establish a housing arm. More and more housing associations are now using our solutions to help them improve income collection and gather customer feedback cost effectively.

Managed Services Platform

Housing Contact uses a technical platform, which is the base operating layer for the range of communication services on offer. It provides outbound and inbound capabilities for voice, text and email messaging, which can be delivered in a range of languages and is completely scalable to cater for peak periods. There are a range of data extraction and data import functionalities available so it can be integrated to housing management systems and reporting suites, or can function separately as a stand-alone service. It also provides a complete audit trail for every communication attempted.
